Refund policy

At Yasmin Pushpam, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Sale or discounted items
2. Intimate wear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
3. Gift cards

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Any other reason for the exchange will not be accepted. 

International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Yasmin Pushpam is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at "yasminpushpam@gmail.com" with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Customer will be responsible for paying any applicable Taxes / Duties for Import (Buying or Replacing) / Export (in case of Return), as per the law of the country.
