1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (India) We offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping We ship to customers across the globe. Estimated delivery timelines by region are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 12–18 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–16 business days
  • European Union (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands & more): 10–18 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Turkey, Egypt): 8–14 business days
  • Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh & more): 7–12 business days
  • Indonesia: 7–12 business days
  • East Asia (China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong & more): 8–14 business days
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, Fiji & more): 12–18 business days

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or local public holidays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Yasmin Pushpam is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email at yasminpushpam@gmail.com. You can use this number to track your shipment through our carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted regions. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Yasmin Pushpam is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
